Refund Policy

Digital products

Because files can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the order is paid. Please check the previews and "What's included" list before buying.

When we do refund or replace

• The file is broken or will not open, and we cannot send a working replacement.
• The product is clearly different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

How to request

Email hello@cissdevelopment.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number (it starts with CISS-) and a short description of the problem.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank or e-wallet.
